Marusho takes great pride in this product which is brewed using the finest Nishiki rice, seed vinegar, and sake made from Kumano rice (produced in Shirahama district) with the traditional use of plum vinegar to suppress the growth of weeds, not chemicals.
It is a vinegar made solely from rice.
