Always striving for continuous improvement. What you will need:Great communication skills and an ability to lead a diverse range of employees. At least 3 years experience in a similar role. Salary:Head Chef – $70,000 – $80,000Sous Chef – $55,000 – $70,000( Casual position is also Available ) The salary for this role will range from $55,000 to $80,000 per annum depending upon skills and experience.
