PART TIME – Customer Service Assistant We are looking for an individual who loves helping others and interacting with customers on a regular basis to provide them with the best service we possibly can. The focus is 100% customer satisfaction! Our service is about being solutions oriented and always striving to give each customer the best service we possibly can at Mura. It’s also important to be able to think on your feet as every case is different and will require good problem solving skills. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Providing customer support via both emails, phone & social media platforms; Returns Processing; Liaising with external suppliers in order to resolve customer enquiries; You will also be liaising with multiple internal departments and be a part of a thriving and supportive team environment. Skills Required Love of customer service Experience using Shopify is preferred but not essential Experience using Zendesk is preferred but not essential Good with data entry LOVE fashion!
