My company manufacture massage products in Japan, Thailand, and China under our registered brands.   Paladin Knight is an Australian registered company that sells both B2B and B2C with a heavy focus on e-commerce. We have expanded into Korea (selling on Olive Young), Vietnam and Indonesia in recent months.   Pure Crafts is a Japanese-registered company focusing on Vegan, Organic, and sustainable wellness products for the international market. It was only formed this year, so the tasks would be.  

• Research into companies that can provide what we are after.
• Organise samples
• Coordinate Zoom, emails, and phone calls with companies.
• Miscellaneous tasks.

    Most tasks require an email in the morning/ occasional phone call to push them along, and I hope it fits well with your current working conditions. My issue recently has been in finding someone who can be respectful to the Japanese companies and also operate in a similar time zone. My previous PA moved to Canada, which didn’t help, and my temp doesn’t speak keigo and is only a level 3 for JLPT.     I am looking for someone long-term who can grow with the company. Initially, for the trial period, I would ask you to write the emails, and I will send them from my account, but after that, I will provide you a company email address you can use and organise a phone number. We could start at AUD 25/hr for a trial period and go from there.   The hours vary, with some days only needing a handful of emails while others may require a lot of back and forth. Most things are not urgent; everything travels at its own pace in Japan. I would commit to 10hrs/week at a minimum (Maybe some weeks you would only do a handful of hours but would still be paid for the 10) but can get up to 20hrs/week for the research and Development side.     Prior to applying, please review the links below and see if this is something you would be comfortable working with
