Main working day and shift;

• Tuesday to Saturday 09:30-18:00
• Sunday 10:00-17:00

Requirements;

• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage the team
• Responsible and reliable individual
• Excellent time management abilities
• Ability to thrive under pressure
• Intermediate level of English proficiency
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sushi preparation and fish handling
• Valid PR (Permanent Residency) status
• Availability to work a minimum 2 years
