Looking for female who is clean and reliable. The house is located in Upper Mount Gravatt where you can walk to Westfield Garden city shopping centre and Garden city busway. Ideal place for a student who doesn’t have their own transport. There are 3rooms available in the house; one with queen size bed, other 2 rooms with single bed. If you wish to rent a whole house with friends or family, please let me know. The big room with queen size bed is $240/pw (if you wish to share the room with friend, it will be $400/pw for two.) the other big room with single bed is $240/pw and small room with single bed is $200/pw.
