Colseまで徒歩3分程度で自宅周囲にはカフェやボトルショップ、フィットネスジムなど一通り揃っています。

1階がシェアハウスで2階にオーナー家族が住んでいますが玄関は別です。オーナー家族と共に犬、猫各1匹ずつ一緒に住んでいます。
