Currently, I’m looking for a flatmate who wants to live in southport.

It’s 2 beds and 2 baths apartment around southport south tram station. Just 3 mins walk to there.

You can take own room and own bathroom. Couple or Single also fine.

Single is 400/week inc bill, Couple(2Girls, because the bed is queen size) is 500/week inc bill.

You can use all of furniture such as Tv(Netflix, Disney plus, Youtube premium), washing machine, dryer, air fryer, ect..

If you have a car, you can park in front of the unit on the street 24/7.

I’m pretty much busy person, always go to work 4am-3pm back to home around 4~5pm and go to bed around 7~8pm.

I prefer gentle, kind, clean, friendly, funny person. Also It’s good chance to exchange culture, language as well as improve our English skills. 

You can move in after 17 May.
