It consists of a separate entrance from the landlord, one bedroom, ensuite, kitchen, and living room.

This is a new house that is about two and a half years old, and we are looking for someone who is a good fit for us to stay for a long time.

Room: queen-size bed, desk, full-height mirror sliding robe, dresser, ducted A/C

Living room: sofa, table, nightstand, ducted A/C

Kitchen: dining table, refrigerator, washing machine, sink, air fryer, various cooking utensils

Street parking available in front of the house, nbn wifi

The neighborhood is a new residential development located a 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk from Helensvale tram, train station and Westfield.

It’s a suitable size and structure for two people to stay in, and the front of the house has a park view, so it’s quiet and great for a walk.

It’s a quiet place to study.

Rent includes all bills (electricity, water, internet) $500/week

4 weeks deposit, 2 weeks rent payment, 4 weeks notice.

The available move-in date is 5/29 and can be adjusted.
