The room on offer is in the original front section of the house. The bedroom has amazing built in wardrobes, plenty of room for a queen bed, bedside tables, desk etc.

Our house is well laid out, two housemates live in the back end of the house with their own bathroom, while the other two bedrooms are in the front of the house (you’d only be sharing a bathroom with one other person who often works away for 4 weeks at a time).

There are two separate lounge rooms if you want some privacy or to entertain guests, ample parking on the property and street, secure storage under the house, ducted aircon, chromecasts on both TV’s, shared wifi, etc.
City views from the front door, beautiful gardens (all lawn and garden maintenance included in the rent) with an industrial swing set in the back yard!

There are 3 of us and we’re all in our mid to late 30’s: two guys and one girl. We’ve been living together for over three years now and get along well.
We’re all pretty busy doing our own thing but still make time to have a chat with one another. Of course there’s also Basil, the chocolate and white border collie, a very handsome boy who’s best friends with everyone. Look forward to hearing from you!
