*7 mins walk to Parkwood East station ( 1 stop by tram to Griffith Uni(1.8km); 2 stops to Gold Coast University Hospital(2.4km)
* 5km to Habour town
* 6km to Australian Fair
＊ Preferably non smokers.
＊ No Drugs
＊ No pets (unfortunately )

Length of stay: 6-12 months

Bond: 2 weeks rent and pay in advance 2 weeks.
