• The room comes with one queen bed, fridge, microwave, portable stove, foldable dining table, kettle and so much more!
• Huge bathroom and toiletVery quiet, local, nice and clean neighborhood 
• Street car park available 
• Sorry no party people 
• Minim 3 months stay and preferably long term stay
• 2 weeks bonds with 2 weeks payment up front!

$450 for couple/per week
