POSITION DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Technical Sales Representative
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organising sales, finding prospective clients and assuring satisfaction of established one
Learning and updating knowledge of Oceania Seafoods’ products and services.
Recommending and explaining products and service to clients.
Quoting and negotiating prices and credit terms and completing contracts and recording orders.
Arranging delivery of goods and the provision of services
Interpreting ever-changing market trends, conditions and needs of clients and competitor activity, and reporting to the management.
Reporting to Sales Management on sales and the marketability of products and services
Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products and services purchased and resolving any issues arising.
Preparing monthly sales reports and keeping and submitting records of business expenses incurred.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications: 3 years relevant experience

Skills:
Knowledge of Seafood products and its use for current culinary trends
Knowledge and deeper understanding of both traditional and modern Japanese cuisine
Proficient in MS office suite
Organisational and time-management skills
Attention to details
Proficient in Japanese language is preferred
Results-driven mindset with a focus on ethical and professional standards
