There are two fridges available in the kitchen, providing ample storage for your food. The living room features a smart TV, sofa, and reverse-cycle air conditioning.

It’s only a 5-minute drive to Westfield Carousel shopping centre, one of Perth’s largest shopping complexes. The property is also close to Curtin University (15 minutes by car), a bus stop (2 minutes’ walk), and Beckenham train station (10-15 minutes’ walk).

I am a male full-time researcher working at a university in Perth. I enjoy working out at the gym after work and jogging on weekend mornings. I am sociable and happy to chat with others, but I also respect their privacy. I do not smoke but drink socially. I like to keep my house clean and tidy at all times, and I hope to have flatmates who can clean their rooms and common areas at least once a week.

There will be a total of four people, including you, living in this house. I currently occupy the master bedroom with an ensuite. You will share a toilet and bathroom with two other girls.
