The townhouse is in a gated community with regular security patrols, so it’s very safe.

Room & House Features:
• Private parking space (a car is necessary due to the location)
• Private bathroom
• Queen-size bed (bedding provided if needed)
• Desk, chair, and ducted air conditioning
• Access to the pool and gym in the complex
• Fully equipped kitchen (cookware, dishes, detergent)
• Plenty of storage space
• 2-week deposit & 2-week notice
• Minimum stay: 2 weeks
• No smoking, no guests allowed
• Available for immediate move-in

Rent: $280/week (includes internet, electricity, and water)
