Inside Travel Group is currently accepting applications for a Travel Operations Assistant for our office in Brisbane with a view to joining the team in Sep 2024. This is an exciting opportunity for an administrator with a good knowledge of travel operations and a passion for providing an excellent support service to our clients.
As a member of the Booking Delivery Team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless service delivery for our clients. As a TOA (Travel Operations Assistant), you’ll handle various reservation queues, securing services for our bookings, including issuing transport tickets, printing vouchers, and confirming basic requests with suppliers. Additionally, you’ll provide crucial administrative support to our sales team to showcase our brand and service excellence. Your systematic yet client-focused approach will be key in ensuring timely delivery and optimum success in this role.
Visa – Permanent Residency holder only (no working holiday visa)
What’s required? – You will be making reservations with suppliers in Japan, so you will need advanced level of Japanese (Minimum JLPT 2). You will also need advanced level of English both written and spoken as we liaise with Travel Consultants who are native English speakers.
