Position: Supervisor
Location: NAMIYA Sunnybank

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of sales associates to meet store objectives and sales targets.
• Train and mentor new and existing staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Ensure the implementation of company policies and adherence to store standards.
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation within the store.
  Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  
  

Requirements:

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  Must possess a valid long-term work visa.
• Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
  Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive team performance.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  Compensation: Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
