We currently have 2 Japanese residents living in our share house and are looking for one more roommate. we are happy to welcome anyone who is friendly and cooperative!
＜Room Details＞
•Location: In the heart of Labrador, just 5 minutes’ walk from the nearest bus station. Supermarkets, cafes, liquor shop are nearby, making it a convenient place to live.
•Room Type: Share room, bright with a window.
•Fully Furnished: Comes with a bed, desk, and chair—everything you need to move in right away!
•Shared Facilities: Gym, table tennis, pool, living room, kitchen, and one bathrooms, shared with other roommates. Washing machine and dryer available.
•Rent: $125 per week (utilities and internet included).
•Other: 400$ deposit or key money required. No Minimum stay. We’re looking for someone who is clean and considerate.
