Duties and responsibilities :
Prepare Sushi & other menu items
Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation & ensure the stores overall tidiness
Ensure the ingredients are stored in accordance with food safety regulations
Maintain a working knowledge of Sushi izu products to meet consumers dietary requirements
Assist team members with additional duties such as preparation for opening and cleaning before closing.
Sushi Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Expected hours: 10 – 38 per week
