Property located just in front of the beach in a quiet place in mermaid beach. The property has a lot of natural light, free street parking, it’s located close to Woolworth, bus station and coffee shops. The house will be shared with me and my partner, We work full time from Monday to Friday.  We like to go to the gym in the mornings before work and running in the afternoons after work.
We are very clean and tidy, looking for someone respectful and that is organise and clean as well.
