There is a synthetic grass tennis court where i live at Cairns One on Gregory St.
If you wanna play its for free! 
I have two tennis rackets and some new tennis balls.
It would be even better if there was 4 of us for doubles, but 3rd and 4th person will need to bring their own raquets.
Or the loser can sit out games, while the winner stays playing.
