Pay Rate: $30.91 per hour on weekdays, with penalty rates on weekends

We are a Japanese tea specialty store seeking enthusiastic and reliable Casual Tea Drink Makers to join our team during the busy Christmas season.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality Japanese tea beverages, including matcha and specialty tea drinks.
Ensure excellent customer service by providing a warm and welcoming experience.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workspace in line with food safety standards.
Assist with restocking and organizing tea-related products.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during peak hours.

Requirements:
Passion for Japanese tea and culture is highly preferred.
Must have prior experience in beverage preparation or café work, as only limited training will be provided.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays during the Christmas period.
Legal rights and visa to work in Australia.
