Rent is $180 per week, all bills included (Wi-Fi, electricity, and water).
You’ll have the second bedroom to yourself, and the bathroom is shared with one other person (just two people sharing in total).

We have a cat, so it wouldn’t suit someone with allergies.

I’m Korean, and the other housemate is Korean as well. With the new housemate, there will be four people living in the house in total.
