We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly All Rounder staff members to join our small team. This position involves a variety of duties, from taking orders and serving customers to assisting with food preparation and helping out with the kitchen. Our restaurant is run by a dedicated team of two, and we pride ourselves on offering a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing excellent service in a friendly and professional manner
Food Service: Take orders, serve food and drinks promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction
Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide accurate change
Food Preparation Assistance: Help with the preparation of simple Japanese dishes, such as garnishes, bowls, and small sides
Kitchen Assistance: Support kitchen staff by keeping work areas clean, organized, and well-stocked
Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas, including tables, counters, and restrooms
Opening and Closing Duties: Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant
Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not required
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
A bright, friendly personality with the ability to engage with customers and make them feel welcome
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be reliable, responsible, and a team player
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
An interest in Japanese food and culture is preferred, but not essential
Must be eligible to work in Australia
Currently Available Work Shifts:

Tuesday: 10:30 AM – 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Thursday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
