Be the voice of westcobarmetals,: Answer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and helpful information about our products and services.
Engage with our customers proactively: When inbound calls are quiet, you’ll make warm outbound calls to customers, strengthening relationships, providing updates, and identifying additional ways we can support their projects.
Become a product expert: Learn the ins and outs of our offerings to confidently guide customers towards the perfect solution.
Be a booking pro: Efficiently take and confirm customer orders, ensuring all details are correct and adhering to company policies.
Build lasting relationships: Foster positive customer relationships by actively listening, demonstrating genuine care, and exceeding expectations.
Contribute to team success: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share knowledge, support each other, and achieve shared goals.
