We are searching for a trainee who is excited to learn about all aspects of Human Resources. This will have a unique opportunity to put theory into practice and be incredibly supported during the commencement of your career. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, the trainee / assistant will help with activities such as recruitment, scheduling interviews, onboarding, HR operations and other general administrative tasks.
Key Accountabilities
Assist with recruiting tasks such as reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, hiring, and following up with applicants
· Schedule and coordinate onboarding assignments
· Compile and process employee documentation and records,
· Assist the People & Culture Manager with formulating policies, procedures, and changes, as well as communicating all updates to employees
· Maintain the departmental email account, responding to employee questions in a timely and professional manner
· All other general administrative tasks
Skills… Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Strong attention to detail
· Proficiency in administrative duties such as communications and record keeping
· Enthusiasm for working within a team environment
· Tact and professionalism when it comes to handling confidential information and addressing employee concerns and the Desire to grow within the organisation.
