Hello!

Our house is located 5 minutes away from both Runcorn Plaza and Warrigal Square, which have a post office, bakeries, medical centres, and supermarkets (Woolworths and Japanese & Korean grocery marts). You will have plenty of choices for food at great local Asian restaurants and there is also McDonalds . We are also a 5 minute walk from the bus stop, which has express buses to the city.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a Queen sized bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and ceiling fan. You will have access to your own separate bathroom, toilet, fridge and washing machine. There is also on street parking.

We will be getting a new puppy in the near future so unfortunately we will not be accepting any children or pets.

About Us

I am 28 years old. My partner Phil, is 33 years old, and we are both working professionals. We enjoy playing board games, going out for good food, watching TV shows, fishing and traveling. We are easy going, clean and friendly people who are respectful of others’ spaces.

We are looking for a student or working professional who is friendly, tidy and responsible. We work 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and would greatly appreciate a housemate that keeps things quiet during weeknights.
