 Shared bathroom with 2 people

 Rent: $200 per week

 -Room available from February 19

 Located on the 1st floor (very spacious)

 Comes with a queen bed

 Rent:

 $230 per week for single occupancy

 $330 per week for couples

 All housemates are students or working professionals, so the house is quiet.

 There is one Border Collie, but it mostly stays in my room.

 Amenities: NBN internet, kitchen detergent, Korean rice cooker, and cleaning service for common areas.
