Our beautiful house is located in a very quiet suburb with great view, very close to the Pines shopping centre and only a 5-minute drive to Palm Beach. 

A bus stop is also just a few minutes walk from here.

Shared bathroom with a lovely Japanese girl who rents another bedroom. Internet, electricity and all bills included.  $270/week for female only.  Available 9th March (if you need to move in earlier, it is possible too. Because we have a spare room in our house).  Minimum stay 3 months.
