◼️Job description:
Japanese Chef!!
IZAKAYA DOMO located at Melbourne’s GPO is seeking for Japanese Chef who are passionate, energetic, and creative to join our team.
You will be responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen and provide professional and direction to kitchen personnel where required.
You will also be required to ensure recipes, food preparation, and presentation meet our restaurant’s specifications and have a high-level commitment to quality. You must also maintain a safe, orderly, and sanitised workspace.

◼️Location
• Melbourne’s GPO, 350 Bourke Street,
Melbourne, Victoria, 3000

◼️What you will need:
Great communication skills and an ability to lead a diverse range of employees.
At least 3 year experience in Japanese Chef.
At least 3 year experience in Japanese restaurant or izakaya
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Australian working rights or appropriate visa.
Casual : 5 Days working : 38-40hours (Mon to Sun).

FOH Manager!!
IZAKAYA DOMO located at Melbourne’s GPO is seeking for FOH Manager who are passionate, energetic, and creative to join our team.
You will be responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant and provide professional service to the customer and managing skill for the hall area is required.
You will also be required to ensure timely managed service to the customers that meet our restaurant’s specifications and have a high-level commitment to quality. You must also maintain a safe, orderly, and sanitised workspace.

• Melbourne’s GPO, 350 Bourke Street,
Melbourne, Victoria, 3000

◼️What you will need:
Great communication skills and an ability to lead a diverse range of employees.
At least 3 year experience in Restaurant manager or FOH manager.
At least 3 year experience in Japanese restaurant or izakaya.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Australian working rights or appropriate visa.
Casual : 5 Days working : 38-40hours (Mon to Sun : Lunch Shift or Dinner Shift).

FOH/Sales!!
IZAKAYA DOMO located at Melbourne’s GPO is seeking for FOH/Sales to work with a chef and our team at Melbourne’s GPO.
You will be responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant and provide professional service to the customer.
You will also be required to ensure timely managed service to the customers that meet our restaurant’s specifications and have a high-level commitment to quality.
You must also maintain a safe, orderly, and sanitised workspace.

◼️Location
• Melbourne’s GPO, 350 Bourke Street,
Melbourne, Victoria, 3000

◼️What you will need:
Great communication skills.
At least 1 year experience in FOH/Sales Role.
Japanese restaurant or izakaya experience highly valued.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Australian working rights or appropriate visa.
Casual : 5 Days working : 30-35hours (Mon to Sun : Shift work).
