Kenko Sushi House is a Japanese takeaway shop located in the main food court of the UQ St Lucia campus. We are a fast paced shop selling a range of sushi and rice bowls. Store opens 5 days a week（Mon-Fri).

Casual positions available:

1)    Kitchen Hand

Responsibilities may include (depending on shift times):

–       Making sushi

–       Food handling and preparation

–       Making hot food orders

–       Using the fryer

–       Dishwashing and general clean ups

Shifts range from 5 – 8 hours between 6am till 7pm for 30-38 hours per week

MUST HAVE:

–       Minimum 6 months kitchen working experience

–       Experience working in a fast paced environment

–       Fluent in English

–       Self-motivated

–       Fast learner
