Own room with Single bed, Desk and Clothes Rack. High Ceilings.
Private bathroom with shower. (We only use for the washer/dryer as we have our own bathroom)
CBD location – 8 mins walk to Woolies Supermarket and 2 mins walk to IGA. Asian supermarket just next door.
7 mins walk to Melbourne Central. Tram stops are right outside the building.
Bond is $500 (refunded once you vacate)
Available from 22nd of March (minimum 1 month stay. Flexible with length of stay.)
