[O BAGEL_Southport] Bakery

O BAGEL (Southport) is seeking a skilled and passionate bakery to join our bakery team, specifically focusing on the production of bagels.
This role involves overseeing the entire process of bagel-making, from preparing the dough to shaping the bagels and baking them to perfection using our ovens.

Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing dough according to established recipes and standards
• Shaping and forming bags consistently and accurately
• Monitoring the baking process to ensure high-quality results
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in line with health and safety standards
• Collaborating with the team to meet daily production targets

Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a bakery environment
• Experience in bagel-making or bread production is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality products
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Previous experience with bakery equipment, including ovens and dough
mixers, is preferred


Job Types: Full-time, Casual
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Schedule:Day shift, Morning shift, Public holidays, Weekend availability Work
