This position is responsible for delivering high standards of food while maintaining health and safety. Specifically, your roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Handling food preparation based on the chef’s instructions, which includes tasks such as washing, cutting and peeling.
- Preparing various types of sushi and hot food dishes.
- Maintaining kitchen hygiene.
- Checking pantry supplies.
- Stocking up ingredients.
- Ensuring a smooth and speedy kitchen operations
Skills and Experience
- Previous hospitality experience is great, however not essential.
- Willing to work hard and have a positive attitude.
- Must have eligibility to work in Australia.
