Responsibilities:

Assist Japanese-speaking travellers with transfers, bookings, and enquiries.
Provide high-quality customer service in both Japanese and English.
Support the daily operation of our airport desk.
Requirements:

Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Professional presentation and reliability.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
