Private room: $260 per week (bills included), total 4 tenants.

2 weeks’ notice, 2 weeks’ bond required.

Bathroom shared with one other female.

8 minutes’ walk to Robina Town Centre, 10 minutes’ walk to the train station – very convenient transport.

Visitor parking available for 8 hours (registration required), street parking also available near the back entrance.

No smoking in the building. Immediate move-in available.
