We have a private, fully furnished room available in our home, which we share with family and students from Japan and India. The house is spacious and includes a swimming pool – ideal for a student or working professional.

 • Non-smoking environment – we prefer a non-smoker

 • Minimum fixed term of 3 months, with potential to extend for a longer stay

 • 2 weeks deposit and 2 weeks rent in advance required. 

Rent$170/week(bills$5/week) total $175/week. There is no air-con or heater sorry.

Using own heater need to pay extra bill.
