Odaya is a specialty Japanese tea and dessert brand, dedicated to providing high-quality matcha drinks, desserts, and authentic Japanese dining experiences. We are expanding our Robina store and looking for an experienced Supervisor & Store Manager to join our passionate team.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
Manage staff rosters, shift planning, and performance evaluation.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company operational standards.
Handle inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
Skilled in preparing and presenting beverages to Odaya’s quality standards.
Monitor sales performance, implement promotional activities, and achieve business targets.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Report directly to senior management and contribute ideas for store improvement.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant supervisory or managerial experience in retail, hospitality, or F&B industry.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional language skills (Japanese, Mandarin, Korean) are a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Experience in staff training and performance management.
Good knowledge of customer service and complaint handling.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with POS systems, basic financial reporting, and store operations.
Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and evenings as required.
