KatsuHon Japanese Restaurant, located in Melbourne CBD, is looking for experienced and energetic FOH staff to join our team for both lunch and dinner shifts.

Since most of our staff and customers are international, upper-intermediate English (minimum requirement!!!) is essential. We are seeking someone with a bright and friendly personality who can commit to working for at least 3 months. University students and graduate visa holders are welcome to apply!

✨ Position & Working Hours

FOH Staff (Approx. 5 shifts per week; lunch or dinner – both preferred)
Lunch shift: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Dinner shift: 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM
✨ Pay Rates (per hour)

Weekdays: $24.95
Saturday: $31.19
Sunday: $37.43
Superannuation and paid leave included. Rates follow Fair Work guidelines, with weekend and public holiday penalty rates. Pay may be adjusted depending on experience after 5 days of training.
