We are a Japsnese Katsu restaurant located in the heart of Melbourne City, and we’re looking for experienced Lunch & Dinner Floor Staff to join our friendly team!

Most of our customers and staff are international, so Upper-Intermediate English or higher is essential.
If you’re bright, energetic, and can work for at least 3 months, we’d love to hear from you!

🍱 Position & Working Hours
1. Floor Staff (FOH)

Around 3-5 days a week, Lunch or Dinner shifts (both preferred!)
Lunch: 12:00PM – 3:00PM
Dinner: 5:00PM – 10:00PM
💰 Pay Rate:

Weekdays: $24.95/hr
Saturday: $31.19/hr
Sunday: $37.43/hr
(+ Superannuation & Paid Leave included)
Pay rate will be adjusted after a 5-day training period based on experience. 

✨ English Level: Upper-Intermediate or above (required)

2. FOH Supervisor
We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of FOH experience, great speed, and good sense of service. Must be able to work at least 6 months
4–5 days a week (around 38 -40 hours)
