I am looking for share mates for my master room. It is 400 per week with 2 weeks deposit. Room currently does not have Air conditioner but I have ordered portable air conditioner. Rent price will remain 400 per week even after air conditioner arrives. Rent fee includes all the necessary fees such as water, electricity and internet. House is currently being used by 2 people which is myself and my sister.

House is in Carina Heights and it has bus 203 on the street, bus 204 on 2 streets over (3 minutes walk) and bus 200 and 222 on main road bus station (8~10 min walk). If you have car, street parking is allowed. There is also westfield shopping centre nearby so shopping will be easy.

We have a Cat in the house to if you have any allergies, please have a good think about it and let me know.
