Key Responsibilities
Station Management: Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and station standards. Ensure your station is clean, organised, and well-stocked throughout service.
Consistency & Quality: Follow recipes and plating guidelines to deliver consistent flavour, presentation, and portion size for every dish.
Food Safety: Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, following all food handling and sanitation procedures.
Prep Work: Assist with daily prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and organising ingredients to support a smooth kitchen operation.
Support Kitchen Flow: Work efficiently and stay focused during busy service times to keep up with orders and avoid delays.
What We’re Looking For
Have experienced chef or cook in Italian or Japanse restaurants
A genuine appreciation for Korean cuisine and its subtle flavours
Passion for sustainability and working with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients
A positive, respectful attitude and commitment to creating an inclusive, collaborative kitchen environment
