About: Choo Choo Sushi, located in Brisbane, is a popular sushi train restaurant. With a modern, clean design, family-friendly and a fun train and movie theme, we provide a unique dining experience. We’re looking for enthusiastic team members to join us in delivering excellent service and creating memorable moments for our customers.

Roll Maker, you will also be responsible for:

– Preparing sushi rolls and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.
– Ensuring the quality and presentation of each dish meets our restaurant’s standards.
– Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the sushi preparation area.
