多くのパートタイムの仕事は時給が高くても勤務時間が少なく、週給が低くなりがちです。
しかし当社では、たくさん働きたい方であれば週40～50時間以上の勤務も可能で、高い週給を得ることができます。

セカンドジョブを探している方も歓迎します。
ただし、セカンドジョブの場合は午前のシフトに入れる方のみ応募可能で、車の所持は必須となります。

英語が苦手でも大丈夫です。

汚れがひどい物件は基本料金とは別に追加料金が発生する場合があります

車をお持ちの方には毎月ガソリン代を支給します

信頼できる経験とスキルをお持ちの方であれば、時間の許す限り、不動産エージェントからの小さなクレーム（不満）は私が直接対応します。
また、当社は離職率が非常に低く、一度働き始めたスタッフはビザが切れるまで続けることがほとんどです。これが何を意味するか、お分かりいただけると思います。

We are hiring cleaning staff!

Many part-time jobs offer high hourly rates but very few hours, resulting in low weekly pay. With us, if you’d like to work more, you can easily reach 40–50+ hours per week and earn a high weekly income.

We also welcome applicants looking for a second job.
However, for second-job applicants, morning availability is required, and having your own car is essential.

English proficiency is not a problem.
Our team includes Japanese, Korean, Australian staff and more — we work well together, and language barriers are not a major issue. Feel free to apply!

Additional notes:

Heavily soiled properties may incur additional charges on top of the base rate

Staff with their own car receive a monthly fuel allowance

For reliable and skilled workers, I personally handle any minor cleaning claims raised by real estate agents, as long as your schedule allows.
Our turnover rate is extremely low — once people start working with us, they stay until their visa expires. You probably know what that means.
