Kausie Hair is located in the heart of Southport on the Gold Coast.

We are a well-established local hair salon with over 12 years of operation on the Gold Coast. We have a strong base of loyal regular clients, as well as a steady flow of new customers, making it easy for stylists to settle in and build their clientele.

Experience or advanced skills are not essential. If your English is limited, we can provide interpretation support and training while you gain confidence. We warmly welcome team members who have a positive mindset and are willing to help each other, learn, and grow together.

* Support & Benefits
– Accommodation provided for one month for applicants relocating from other regions or from other cities
– Immediate sponsorship visa available for candidates with sufficient skills and English ability

* Working Hours
Tuesday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working days and hours are negotiable
Closed on Mondays, Sundays, and public holidays

* Available Positions (Negotiable)
– Full-time : 5 days per week
Annual salary (visa sponsorship available) + Superannuation + 4 weeks paid annual leave

* Part-time= Guaranteed hours,

-Award rate + superannuation+ Paid leave
Performance-based bonuses

* Casual = Flexible hours
Weekdays: $33.20/hr / Saturdays: $44.15/hr

* ABN / Contractor

Independent and flexible working arrangement
50% commission(All products and bills provided by the salon)
