Positions Available:

Front of House (Waitstaff)
Sushi Roll / Nigiri Staff

Back of House (Kitchen Hand)
Back of House Position: Physically demanding role involving long hours standing, lifting, and fast-paced work Best suited for candidates who are physically fit and comfortable with kitchen duties Long-term availability strongly preferred

What We Offer

Competitive Salary:

Casual Positions Also Available Casual Hourly Rate: $28.26 – $35.33 per hour (including casual loading, based on experience and shift times)
Flexible roster available

Minimum $73,150 per annum (based on experience).
Stable Hours: Full-time position, approximately 76 to 80 hours per fortnight.
Benefits: Statutory Superannuation + Paid Annual Leave.
Supportive Environment: We value effort and provide training for those eager to learn.

Requirements

Background: Students or graduates of Cookery or Hospitality-related courses are highly welcome.

Experience: Previous experience in a Sushi restaurant or Sushi Train environment is preferred.

Commitment: Looking for candidates who can commit for the long term (at least 1 year or more).

Visa Status: All visa types are welcome, provided you have valid work rights (we value reliability over visa status).

Attitude: Strong work ethic, punctual, and a proactive attitude to learn and grow within the business.
Key Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
Ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
Staff supervision and coordination during busy service hours.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
