About the Role
Misono, located within the iconic JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa, is looking for friendly, professional, and motivated Dining Servers (Waiters/Waitresses) to join our team on a part-time basis.

As a Dining Server, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests in line with Marriott’s 5-star service standards.

Key Responsibilities
– Greeting and seating guests in a warm and professional manner
– Explaining menu items and answering guest questions
– Taking food and beverage orders accurately
– Serving food and drinks efficiently
– Managing tables throughout the dining experience
– Presenting bills and handling payments
– Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
– Working collaboratively within a team to ensure smooth service

What We’re Looking For

– Availability to work weekends and school holidays
– Valid working visa in Australia
– Looking for a long-term commitment (12 months or longer)
– Strong communication skills
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
– Physically capable of standing and moving for extended periods
– Willingness to provide exceptional 5-star customer service

Qualifications & Experience
Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
QLD RSA and Food Safety certification (not required at time of application, but must be willing to obtain)
