This is a two-storey house. The entire downstairs area is for the tenant’s private use, while the owners (a friendly Serbian couple) live upstairs.

The upstairs and downstairs are completely separated with a private entrance, so it feels like living in a separate studio apartment.

The studio comes fully furnished, including:

Refrigerator
Air conditioner
Washing machine & dryer
Bed & sofa

As it is located downstairs, there is good airflow, making it cool and comfortable.

The owners are very kind and do not interfere with tenants’ living.

The rent is very reasonable, comparable to master rooms in other houses or apartments.
