What You’ll Be Doing

Station Management: Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and station standards. Ensure your station is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service.

Consistency & Quality: Follow recipes and plating guidelines to deliver consistent flavor, presentation, and portion sizes. Maintain high hygiene and safety standards, following all food handling and sanitation procedures.

Prep Work: Assist with daily prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and organizing ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations.

Support Kitchen Flow: Work efficiently with orders to avoid delays and ensure timely service.
