Kitchen Hand / Kitchen Staff Wanted – Bulimba, Brisbane

We are a busy and friendly Japanese Sushi Restaurant located in the heart of Bulimba, Brisbane. We are currently looking for motivated and reliable Kitchen Staff to join our team!

Whether you are looking for a stable full-time workload or flexible part-time shifts, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Food Prep: Preparing fresh ingredients including meats, vegetables, and seafood.

• Cleaning: Maintaining kitchen hygiene, dishwashing, and general cleaning duties.

• Support: Assisting our chefs with daily kitchen operations and service.

What We Are Looking For:

• Prior experience in a commercial kitchen is a plus, but no experience is fine — we provide full training!

• A positive “can-do” attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule & Pay:

• Flexible Hours: Full days (approx. 11 hours) or half days (approx. 5–6 hours).

• Weekly Hours: Average 30–40+ hours per week.

• Competitive Pay: Starting at Part-time Award Rates, including:

• TFN (Tax) & Superannuation

• Weekend Loadings

• Paid Annual Leave & Sick Leave

• Growth: Higher rates negotiable based on experience; performance-based pay rises.
